1. About MPCO and our purpose

MPCO mainly offers new and pre-owned rare or discontinued toys, useful items, and collectibles. Stock is limited and updated from time to time. All net proceeds from product sales are donated to charity.

2. Item condition and information

Items may be new, pre-owned, vintage, or discontinued. Pre-owned and collectible items may show reasonable signs of age, packaging wear, or defects disclosed on the product page. Please review the description, photographs, dimensions, and condition details before ordering.

We take reasonable care to keep information and photographs accurate, but screen settings, lighting, and manual measurements may cause minor differences. If information is materially incorrect, we will contact you where practicable and offer an appropriate resolution.

3. Prices, stock, and orders

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars. Shipping and other applicable charges appear at checkout, while SF Express freight-collect charges are paid directly to the carrier.

An email sent after checkout only acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance remains subject to stock, payment status, and our confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing or information is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be completed, or we reasonably cannot fulfil it.

4. Collection and delivery

Available collection and delivery methods are those shown at checkout. Planned options include:

• Lai Chi Kok MTR collection: generally available by appointment from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. After order confirmation and payment, we normally contact you by WhatsApp or email within one to two business days. Please inspect the item at collection.
• SF Express freight collect, service point, or locker collection: delivery charges are paid directly to SF Express on receipt. For collection points, provide the complete address and correct location code at checkout. Where tracking details are available, we will provide them after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Because many items are limited pre-owned or collectible goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, disclosed defects, or reasonable signs of age, except where required by law, where an item materially differs from its description, where the wrong item is supplied, or in another case accepted by us.

If you identify a material issue after receipt, contact us within a reasonable time and retain the item, packaging, and relevant photographs for review. We package SF Express orders with reasonable care. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, contact us and the carrier promptly, and we will reasonably assist with the claim.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide complete and accurate information and keep your login details secure. You must not use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently, in a way that disrupts its operation, or in a way that infringes another person's rights. We may restrict an account or order where we reasonably suspect a breach, fraud, or security risk.

7. Liability, changes, and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the effective date shown after publication on the Website. Except where a legal or security requirement makes a change necessary, a confirmed order will generally remain subject to the terms in effect when it was placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties should first try to resolve any dispute in good faith.
