How to Shop
A simple guide from choosing an item to collection or delivery.

Browse and review the item
Check the photographs, description, item condition, and reference number. Items may be new or pre-owned, so review all details before ordering.

Choose an option and add to cart
Select the appropriate option where available. Most items have limited stock, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

Enter your contact and delivery details
Proceed to checkout and enter your name, email, phone number, and required address. You can check out as a guest, or sign in to use saved addresses and view orders.

Choose collection or delivery
Available methods are shown at checkout. Choose an appointment at Lai Chi Kok MTR station, or SF Express freight collect, service point, or locker collection.

Review and pay
Review your items, contact details, and delivery method, then pay securely by card. An order confirmation email will be sent after a successful checkout.

Collect or receive your item
For in-person collection, we normally contact you within one to two business days after payment. For SF Express, we will notify you after dispatch when tracking details are available.
Before you buy
Many items are rare or discontinued and available only in limited quantities. Review the condition and details carefully. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final and items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
